Bill Jebb, a lifetime resident of Massachusetts, has been investing in residential real estate since the 1980s when he began purchasing projects to renovate. Through the good markets and the bad, Bill never wavered in his belief that real estate was the best investment.
Bill believes that the most ethical way to represent Buyers is as an Exclusive Buyers Agent. That conviction shared with Seth Driggin has created Jebb & Driggin Realty, Inc., a real estate brokerage representing Buyers and only Buyers.
As a Navy Seal Officer during the Vietnam War, Bill's goals were twofold; accomplish his mission and keep his men from harm. His goals haven't changed very much. They're still twofold; find you the exact property you're looking for and negotiate to get you the best price and terms possible.
Education: Bill received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Colgate University in Hamilton New York.

Seth Driggin brings a strong business and legal background to Jebb & Driggin Realty, Inc. Seth has been actively involved in real estate development and management for the last twenty years, prior to which time he practiced corporate and real estate law. Seth was a 1977 graduate of New York University School of Law, where he also completed courses in the Masters in Tax program during 1978-1980. He was a cum laude graduate of Clark University in 1974 and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Seth lives with his family in a townhouse on Marlborough Street, in the historic Back Bay and has a second home in the Southern Maine resort town of Ogunquit, where he has had an interest in residential and commercial real estate for many years.
Seth's knowledge in diverse areas of business and legal practice, with a concentration in real estate, provides the additional expertise that helps contribute to the success of Jebb & Driggin Realty, Inc.

Grace Lee Billings, after more than 25 years in and around real estate, has learned one thing: listen to your clients. By really "hearing" the needs of her clients, Grace can help them achieve their real estate goals. However, part of listening also means offering alternative solutions and thinking creatively about difficult housing requirements. Grace knows not to show clients properties that do not fit their needs or their budget, and clients appreciate that their time is valued.
Grace was an integral part of a Connecticut company that specialized in building high end homes. This meant extensive exposure to every aspect of design and construction. Being knowledgeable of the building trade from the ground up is a tremendous asset to understanding real estate. She knows how to look critically at properties and will help educate her clients to the important details of a property's construction and lay-out. Grace believes that an informed client makes better decision about investing in a home. Therefore she emphasizes looking for good location, good lay-out, and what are called "good bones."
Grace and her husband have lived in the Back Bay for eight years. She has really come to know Boston and the individual character of its many neighborhoods. Grace looks forward to hearing from you and finding out about your real estate needs.
Ryan is a lifetime resident of Massachusetts; he grew up in Springfield and now lives in Boston. Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island.

Education: Charesah received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts.

Jacob and his wife, Eryn, both come from Utah, and were married in October, 2007. Eryn is completing a residency in Nuclear Medicine at the Harvard affiliated hospitals.
